These terms apply when you buy or use the “Your First Business Plan” online course from CleverTax Solutions (ABN 46 316 182 824). By enrolling, you agree to them.

Your access

When you buy the course you get a personal, non-transferable licence to access it for your own use. One purchase is for one person — please don’t share your login, or copy, resell or redistribute the course materials.

What you can do with the materials

The templates, worksheets and your completed workbook are yours to use for your own business, including printing and saving them. The course content itself (lessons, text, design) remains the intellectual property of CleverTax Solutions.

The course is general educational information and is not personal tax, legal or financial advice — see the disclaimer for the detail. To the extent permitted by law, the course is provided “as is” and we’re not liable for decisions you make based on it.

Payments & refunds

Pricing is shown on the pricing page and is a one-time payment for 12 months’ access. Refunds are covered by our refund policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
