We want the “Your First Business Plan” course to be genuinely useful. If it’s not right for you, here’s how refunds work.

7-day satisfaction refund

If you’re not satisfied within 7 days of your purchase, contact us for a full refund. We may ask for brief feedback so we can improve the course — but you don’t need a “reason” within this window.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights

Our course comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. If there’s a major problem with the course, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of the 7-day window.
