CleverTax Solutions (ABN 46 316 182 824) handles your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect for the “Your First Business Plan” course and why.

What we collect

• Account details, your name and email, to create and secure your login.
• Your course progress & workbook, what you’ve completed and the answers you enter, so your plan saves and follows you across devices.
• Payment details, handled by our payment provider; we receive a confirmation of purchase, not your full card details.
• Usage & analytics data, anonymous information about which pages you visit, to understand how the site is used and improve it.

How we use it

To give you access to the course, save your progress, provide support, and send you essential information about your purchase. We don’t sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to run the platform. They only handle your information to provide their service to us, and some store data outside Australia (including the United States):

• Clerk, sign-in and account security.
• Stripe, payment processing (Stripe handles your card details; we never receive your full card number).
• Supabase, secure storage of your account, course progress and workbook.
• Cloudflare, website hosting and content delivery.
• Google Analytics, anonymous usage statistics, loaded via Cloudflare Zaraz.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in (Clerk) and to process payments securely (Stripe). We also use Google Analytics 4 (via Cloudflare Zaraz) to collect anonymous statistics about how the site is used, so we can improve it. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though sign-in and checkout need the essential ones to work.

Your choices

You can ask to access or correct your information, or to delete your account and data, at any time. We keep information only as long as needed to provide the course and meet our legal obligations.
